At EUNA, we want your dining experience to be seamless from start to finish. Here you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked most often — from booking your table to what to expect when you arrive.

Booking Policy

After you complete an online booking, a reminder will be sent to you the day before your reservation. If you need to make changes to your plans, please notify us by emailing [email protected] at least 12 hours before your booking. If you are late, your table will be held for 15 minutes after your reservation time.

Summer Season Group Bookings 2025
Celebrate the summer/festive season with us! Whether it’s your team, family, or friends, we’re here to make your gathering magical with delicious food, warm hospitality, and a beautiful festive atmosphere.

Group Size & Seating

Please note that your groups will be seated across 2 separate tables close together. Tables cannot be combined into one long table, but we’ll do our best to keep your party close so you can celebrate together.

Menu & Pricing


• $110 + GST per person
• Includes a specially curated summer/festive set menu packed with seasonal flavours and festive favourites.

Dedicated Service

To make sure your group is well looked after, a staffing fee of $80 x 2 ($160 total) applies to all large summer season bookings. This ensures dedicated team members are on hand to deliver a seamless and joyful dining experience.

Booking & Payment


• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. (30% of each separate booking)
• The remaining 70% balance is payable on the night.
• We kindly request one single payment per group to help our elves keep things running smoothly.

Drinks Packages

Make the night even merrier with one of our drinks packages, available on request.
Prefer to choose as you go? Drinks can also be ordered to the table on the night.

Dates & Times

Summer season group bookings are available:
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings only
• Bookings from 7:30 pm onwards

Due to the busy summer/festive season, we are unable to host large group bookings on weekends.

Pre-Order & Menu Details


• All large group bookings enjoy a set summer/festive menu (à la carte is not available for groups).
• Final menu selections and guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your booking.
• Significant changes within 72 hours may not be possible.
• Please let us know of any dietary requirements at least 7 days in advance.

Extra Touches


• Optional extras like welcome drinks or canapé add-ons are available – just ask when booking.
• Feel free to bring small table decorations or bonbons to add to the festive spirit (please no confetti or glitter).
• Please ensure your group arrives promptly for your booking so we can deliver the best experience.

Yes! We accept walk-ins. We recommend booking a table to ensure smooth service where possible.

We do not have any carparks on site, the closest one is 19 Don St car park – just across the street from us. Free weekdays after 5pm, Saturday after 3pm, on Sundays and public holidays. For exact details please check the ICC website.

Due to the intimate dining space, highchairs are not available.
