Terms of Service - EUNA Transfer Service

Service Description:

EUNA provides transfer services for up to three (3) passengers within the Invercargill area.

The service is available for transfer to and from EUNA restaurant, within Invercargill.

Service availability is limited and may not be available at all times.
-
The cost of the service is a flat fee of $50 NZD per trip.

Service is available only in areas where the road is chip-sealed, asphalted, or paved in very good condition.

Booking and Payment:

Transfer must be booked at least one (1) day in advance, preferably at the time of restaurant reservation.

Payment for the transfer service is due at the time of booking or upon arrival at the destination, as agreed upon.

Passenger Conduct:

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and safe manner.

EUNA reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is deemed to be intoxicated, disruptive, or posing a safety risk.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
-
No food or drink is permitted in the vehicle.

To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all passengers, we kindly request that passengers wear clean footwear and clothing. EUNA reserves the right to refuse service to passengers with excessively soiled or dirty footwear or attire that may compromise the cleanliness of the vehicle.

Liability:

EUNA will exercise reasonable care in providing transfer services.

EUNA is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic delays, weather conditions, or passenger negligence.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel insurance.

Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations must be made at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
-
Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of EUNA management.

Vehicle and Driver:

EUNA will provide a safe and well-maintained vehicle for transfer.
-
The driver will hold a valid New Zealand full driver’s license.

The driver will inspect the road conditions upon arrival and decide if the road is suitable for vehicle access. In case the driver decides that road conditions are not suitable, they will contact the customer, inform them, and agree on an alternate pickup location.

Changes to Terms:

EUNA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
